The School of Nursing, Walailak University, Thailand, proudly sent three students to participate in the international scientific and practical conference, “New Aspects in Family Medicine (Nursing),” organized by the School of Nursing, St. Petersburg State University, Russia. The conference took place online on December 19, 2024. The students presented their research effectively, bringing great pride to the School of Nursing.
The case study topics presented were as follows:
Miss Nawanantinee Chaipool: “Awareness, Healing, and Growth: Connecting Childhood Family Relationships to Depression in an Older Adult through Collaborative Care with Nursing Students in a Rural Thai Community.”
Miss Malita Kiratikarkul: “Integrating Family Nursing and Preventive Care in Chronic Disease Management: A Case Study.”
Miss Nawaporn Chumi: “Integrating the Three Mor Health Care Model and Family-Based Management for Elderly Care: A Case Study from Southern Thailand.”
The event highlighted the students’ academic excellence and enhanced the university’s reputation on an international platform.
