School of Nursing Collaborates with Prince of Chulabhorn College of Veterinary Medicine on Student Support System Development
On November 30, 2024, the School of Nursing at Walailak University participated in a seminar organized by the Prince of Chulabhorn College of Veterinary Medicine to develop the annual operational plan for the Student Affairs Committee, focusing on enhancing student support systems and fostering inter-faculty collaboration.
The School of Nursing, Walailak University, joined the 2025 Student Affairs Committee Planning Seminar held by the Prince of Chulabhorn College of Veterinary Medicine on November 30, 2024. The event aimed to create and refine operational plans for student support and development within the college.
Representing the School of Nursing were Asst. Prof. Sirikran Suttisomporn, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs; Asst. Prof. Dr. Thipawan Polanupat, Head of the Research Center; Ms. Ong-orn Rattanapan, Academic Officer; and Mr. Awirut Onkaew, President of the Nursing Student Council. They shared insights and provided recommendations on implementing student support mechanisms, quality assurance in education, student care processes, and perspectives on student development activities.
The seminar offered an opportunity for both faculties to exchange experiences and best practices, strengthening the network between the School of Nursing and the College of Veterinary Medicine. The collaboration is expected to enhance the effectiveness of student support systems and ensure the success of initiatives aimed at nurturing student potential.
