On 8 September 2023, School of nursing organized Thai food and cooking show  for food cultural exchange with Japanese student from Showa University, Japan at  Walailak University Hospital. This activity is hosted by Assistant professor Dr. Orapen Sukawali , Deputy dean of school of nursing and Miss Pridsadaporn Polprasal, School of nursing lecturer as well as school of nursing staff. This thai food and cooking show international student and staff can Learn more about Thai cultural food; get hands on making popular dishes like pad thai and tomyamkung ; then sit down to enjoy a delicious homemade lunch together. This activity received a lot of attention from students and faculty’s staff from SHOWA University, which is part of the project “Global Multiprofessional and Cultural Camp 2023 SHOWA University, Japan and Walailak University, Thailand (7-12 Aug 2023)”
