School of Nursing, Walailak University Welcomes Chairman of Wirtschaftsverband, Germany to Discuss Nursing Career Opportunities in Germany
Today, Asst.Prof.Dr. Orapen Sukhavulli, Dean of the School of Nursing, Walailak University, together with the School’s executive team and nursing students, had the honor of welcoming Mr. Manfred Bulk, Chairman (Vorstandsvorsitzender) of Wirtschaftsverband, Germany.
The meeting provided an excellent opportunity for an engaging discussion on career pathways and professional opportunities for nurses in Germany. Mr. Bulk shared valuable insights into the German healthcare system, the growing demand for qualified nursing professionals, employment requirements, professional development opportunities, and the skills and competencies expected of international nurses seeking to work in Germany.
The discussion also explored potential avenues for future collaboration between Walailak University and German partners in supporting nursing graduates through international workforce development, educational exchange, and professional networking. Nursing students actively participated in the session, gaining first-hand knowledge and asking questions about career prospects, language preparation, and working and living in Germany.
